The relish range is prepared & bottled in our café kitchen using only local ingredients in small controlled batches with no artificial preservatives or colouring ensuring quality control second to none, leaving you to enjoy them either as an addition to a dish or on the side as a condiment. The infused oils are made from 100% New Zealand olive oil using the cold infusion method resulting in a quality, clear & crisp product that can be used in an endless variety of recipes and cooking methods
